Pabradė (Polish Podbrodzie ) is a city in Lithuania status of a municipal office ( miesto seniūnija ) in the Rajongemeinde Švenčioniai, 38 km south-west of Švenčioniai at the Zeimena, on the railway line Vilnius - Daugavpils, on the highway Vilnius - Švenčioniai, on the road to Molėtai. The city is a simultaneously in administrative matters ( seniūnija ). There are Catholic churches: St. Joseph (since 1927) and the Virgin Mary Family queen ( consecrated in 2007), two high schools ( Pabradės Ryto gimnazija and Pabradės Žeimenos gimnazija ), Library (since 1940), post office, a children's home.
