Pagai or Pagae, Παγαί Greek, was an ancient city in the Greek countryside Megaris, located on the coast of the Gulf of Corinth.

Athens occupied 461 BC Pagai, and thus to gain a maritime base of operations in the Gulf of Corinth. By the Treaty of Peace between Athens and Sparta in 446 BC, the city came into the sphere of influence of Megara. From 193 BC Pagai was an independent city member of the Achaean League. Only in Turkish times, the place was abandoned.

When Pausanias visited on his journey through Greece Pagai, it is a remarkable portrait of Artemis Soteira shown here.

According to some sources of Greek mythology Pagai was considered a hometown of Tereus.

Remains of the city walls are to be found in the vicinity of the village Alepochori.
