Paglia (river)

The Paglia [ paʎa ] is a right tributary of the Tiber, in which he leads southeast of Orvieto. It rises to about 1000 m altitude on the slopes of Monte Amiata in southern Tuscany in the municipality of Abbadia San Salvatore.

Course

The Paglia has a length of 86 km and flows through the provinces of Siena, Viterbo and Terni. It is formed by the confluence of Pagliola and Vascio.
