PAI partners

PAI partners (formerly Paribas Affaires Industrial ) is a leading European private equity fund based in Paris and offices in Munich, Milan, Madrid, London and Luxembourg. PAI manages mainly institutional funds through various funds that are invested in European buy- outs. The currently most recent fund, PAI Europe V, with a total volume of € 5.4 billion was launched in May 2008.

Investments in Germany are RTD (acquired in May 2005), and Xella (acquired in August 2008). Investments in Switzerland are Swissport and nuance.
