Paisley North (Scottish Parliament constituency)
Paisley North was a constituency of the Scottish Parliament. It was introduced in 1999 as one of nine constituencies the election Region West of Scotland, which was re- cut by the revision of constituencies in 2011 and renamed in western Scotland. Here, the constituency of Paisley North were abolished. It included the towns of Paisley (Northern Districts ) and Renfrew and other parts of Renfrewshire Council Area. The territory was divided between the new constituencies Paisley and Renfrewshire North and West. The constituency sent one delegate.
