Pak Nam-gi

Pak Nam -ki (* February 21, 1934, † March 2010 in Pyongyang ) was head of the Finance Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea from North Korea.

In March 2010, he was executed in Pyongyang for alleged intentional damage to the economy of the country by shooting.

Western media suggest that he was the scapegoat for the failure of the devaluation of the currency North Korean Won 2009. The devaluation led to the loss of the savings of many North Koreans.
