Pan-Pacific Championship

The Pan - Pacific Championship was a football tournament between teams from Japan, South Korea, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The clubs came from the Major League Soccer (USA, Canada), the J-League (Japan), the A-League (Australia, New Zealand) and the K-League (South Korea). Organisers of the tournament was the MLS and Soccer United Marketing.

The first edition of the tournament consisted of four teams and found the end of February 2008 to Hawaii instead. Houston Dynamo and Los Angeles Galaxy traveled as representatives of the MLS. Gamba Osaka participated as a Japanese team and the participating team from the A-League was the Sydney FC.

Since 2009, no discharge took place more.
