Panalpina

Panalpina is a Swiss transport and logistics service providers. The Group has over 500 offices in 80 countries and operates in 80 other states closely with partner companies.

The company dates back to a Rhine cruise from 1935, which was founded by Hans in Obersteg 1895.

Panalpina has been listed since September 2005 on the SWX Swiss Exchange under the symbol PWTN, largest single shareholder is the Ernst Goehner Foundation, headquartered in train, the 45.94 % of the share capital (as at 31 December 2012).
