The Gulf of Panay ( Panay Gulf English ) is a peripheral region of the Sulu Sea, which lies between the islands of Panay and about Negros in the Philippines.

The golf includes parts of the Santa Anna Bay between Panay, Guimaras and the Guimaras Strait between Guimaras and Negros. In the southeast of the Gulf lies the river delta of the Ilog River, which is about 50 km ². About the Guimaras Strait to the Gulf of Panay is connected to the Visayan Sea. In the waters of the island of Guimaras is the Taklong Iceland National Marine Reserve, it was founded on the coast of the municipality of Nueva Valencia in 1990.

The Port of Iloilo (English Port of Iloilo ) is the main port in the sea area, which is mainly navigated by vessels that connect the area around Iloilo City, Bacolod and Zamboanga with the more southern areas of the Philippines.
