Geography

Geographical location

The community Panke Valley lies on the Barnim plateau glacially formed and is attributed to the low Barnim. The highest point of the municipality is on the Gehrenberg at 93 m above sea level. History

Panke Valley was founded on October 26, 2003 from the merger of the previously independent municipalities Zepernick and Schwanebeck.

The municipality and is the legal successor of the Office Panke Valley, which was founded on 2 September 1992 and disbanded in the course of municipal reform on 26 October 2003. It consisted of the communities Schönow, Ladeburg, Bornicke, Rüdnitz, valley of Berachah, Zepernick and Schwanebeck.

Mayor

Hochseilklettergarten
