Panorama Mesdag
Panorama Mesdag is, a building and a painting in The Hague in the Netherlands. The cylinder-shaped painting is about 14 meters high and has a circumference of 120 meters, it shows a view of the beach and the North Sea at Scheveningen in The Hague coast. It was painted by Hendrik Willem Mesdag 1881.
The visitor enters the forth round panoramic room via stairs from the middle and can look at it from a tour of the illuminated paintings. Nearby there is a collection of works by Mesdag, who had been a member of the Impressionist Hague School.
