Pányok

Pányok is a town in Borsod -Abaúj -Zemplén in northern Hungary.

Geographical Location

Pányok is located 74 km northeast of the county seat Miskolc in the valley of Hernád on the western edge of the ZEMPLIN Mountains. Near the village, the border with Slovakia. Neighboring municipalities are Abaújvár in the west, the north and Kéked Zsujta in the southwest. The municipality is part of the small area Abaúj- Hegyköz whose administrative headquarters Gönc located 16 km south-west of Pányok.
