Paola Concia

Anna Paola Concia ( born July 4, 1963 in Avezzano ) is an Italian politician of the Partito Democratico.

Life

Concia studied sports at the Istituto Superiore di Fisica Educazione in L'Aquila. After her studies she worked as a fitness trainer and tennis instructor. She moved to Rome and became politically active first in the Italian Communist Party. Later she joined the Partito Democratico. Concia since 2008 deputies in the Camera dei deputati. In 2011 she married Ricarda Trautmann in Frankfurt.
