Paolo Berlusconi

Paolo Berlusconi ( born December 6, 1949 in Milan ) is an Italian businessman and the younger brother of Silvio Berlusconi.

In 1990, forced a new media law ( the Law Mammí ) Silvio Berlusconi to relinquish control over its daily Il Giornale. New owner and editor was then his brother Paolo.

With his company Pbf s.r.l. Paolo Berlusconi holds 51% of the company Solari, which in turn controls the Italian market for decoder DVB -T. He is also vice president of the football club AC Milan.

He was, inter alia, accused of accounting fraud and corruption and sentenced to one year and nine months in prison on probation and pay the 49 million euros punishment because he had received from the Milan city government 86 million euros for its landfill SIMEC 2002.
