Paolo Cardozo

Paolo Daniel Cardozo ( born June 9, 1989 in Montevideo, Uruguay) is an Uruguayan football player at the position of an attacking midfielder, who can be used on both wings as well as a striker. He spent most of his young career in Argentina before, he found himself beginning of the year 2011 in the United States. There he first played 18 games for the LA Galaxy before joining the CD Chivas USA.

Career

Career start in Argentina

After he was born in Montevideo, Uruguay's capital, Cardozo spent much of his childhood, before he moved his family into neighboring Argentina, where his family still lives under rather poorer in Buenos Aires. Finally, where he also began his active career as a football player when he was picked up by the youth division of Argentina's traditional clubs CA River Plate. Change in the United States

After appealing performances in the preseason Cardozo was drafted on 13 January 2011 at the MLS SuperDraft 2011 in the first round as the 16th pick to the LA Galaxy. Previously, Cardozo had no intention of Galaxy, where he was employed in three test matches to be accepted and rather expected a draft of the crew. After taking in the squad of LA Galaxy Cardozo was also widened in numerous test games of the team in action, where he was successful in use in some games as a scorer and assist donors. Mid-February 2011 he finally signed his professional contract with Los Angeles Galaxy. His league debut, he finally gave 20 March 2011 in a 1-1 home draw against the New England Revolution, when he came off the bench in 63 minutes for Mike Magee. After 2012, finally moved to Chivas, he could not convince there. He first came indeed to July of the year back and used again. He was then but will not factor in the last 14 games of the season.
