Paolo Fornaciari
Paolo Fornaciari ( born February 2, 1971 in Viareggio, Italy ) is an Italian former racing cyclist.
Fornaciari began his professional career in 1993 with the team Mercatone UN zucchini, in which he drove as a stagiaire ( cycling ) in the previous autumn. For this team, he won a stage of the 1994 Herald Sun Tour. After three years at Mercatone he moved to Saeco, where he continued for three years. Then he went to the 1999 season to Mapei -Quick Step. He remained there until 2002 and went from the 2003 season again for Saeco. 2005 to 2008 he rode for Lampre. During his career he finished eleven major country tours.
