Pappardelle

Pappardelle are very broad Italian noodles. They are usually twisted together in the network, and serves as " a nest of noodles ." Pappardelle are usually at least an inch wide.

Region of origin Pappardelle is probably the Tuscany, where they are served with Ragus, such as the ragù cinghiale ( with wild boar Hack ).
