Paramonovo, Moscow Oblast

Paramonovo (Russian Парамоново ) is a village in the Moscow Oblast in Russia, located about 40 kilometers in a straight line north of the city edge of Moscow.

Paramonovo part with 88 other villages to the city municipality of the same name Dmitrov Dmitrov Rajons. It is approximately 13 kilometers southwest of the center of the city of Dmitrov.

Sports

Between February and December 2007, a bobsleigh, luge, and skeleton track was built in Paramonovo, which was finally opened on 10 March 2008. In February 2011, the first luge World Cup race was conducted on the web; In February 2012, the World Cup Final of the season 2011/2012 and the European Luge Championships 2012 took place.
