Game History

The game consists of a game board with a circular course of numbered fields (1 - 68). This counting is facilitated at the figure hitting. If an opposing character is hit, the winner may advance twenty fields. Also, a player may advance ten fields with a different character when he has brought a character to the finish. The dice rules are analogous to the German game Ludo: must pull out from their own corner of a player who has rolled a five. In a six must be rolled again. Three times six but all have their own characters who are not yet at the center, will be put back in the corner. The six counts double.

Software

From this game, there is an open source software implementation. It is called glParchís. The gl in the name comes from OpenGL, an open source platform-independent graphics library.
