Pardis Fardjad-Azad

Pardis Fardjad - Azad ( born April 12, 1988 in Berlin ) is a German - Azerbaijani footballer with Iranian roots. It is used primarily as a striker as a winger.

Fardjad - Azad played in his youth for Hertha Zehlendorf in Berlin. For the season 2007/ 08 he joined the second team of the second division side FC Carl Zeiss Jena. At the beginning of the season, he drew attention to himself by a strong performance and came on September 14, 2012, the fifth round of the second division season 2007/ 08, to his pro debut when in the home match against TuS Koblenz ( 1:2 ), he in the 64. minute came in to replace Niels Hansen. Thereafter, however, he was only the second team to use.

In summer 2009, so he decided to change to a regional league VFC Plauen, where he signed a one year contract. A year later he moved to the Oberliga Berlin AK 07, where in twenty-two games, he was an important part of the climb team with ten goals. However, after the rise in the summer of 2011, he came in the Regionalliga only as a substitute for use.

Therefore, he decided in the summer of 2012 for a change to the Azerbaijani first division club Sumqayıt PFK who has been trained at this time by the German coach Bernhard Raab.

In January 2013 Fardjad - Azad was first nominated by the German national team coach Berti Vogts for the Azerbaijan national football team. On February 1, 2013, came in a friendly against Uzbekistan (0-0 ) to his debut when he came on in the 66th minute for Javid Imamverdiyev.
