Parque Abraham Paladino

The Estadio Parque Abraham Paladino, also known as Parque Abraham Paladino, is a football stadium in the Uruguayan capital, Montevideo.

The bounded by the streets Emilio Romero and Concordia land on which the stadium is located, was originally owned by the Administración Nacional de Puerto and went 1926 on the club Club Atlético Progreso over, which it henceforth served as the home ground. 1932 was named Parque Miguel Camp Omar, as before, the owner of the company Camp Omar had financed the perimeter fences. After construction in 1968 the venue was reopened as part of a game between Progreso and Peñarol. Finally, in 1981 was rebuilt, the Parque Paladino for the first time gave the stadium character.

The 8000 -seat, apparently built in 1983 in its present state stadium is located in the Barrio La Teja montevideanischen on the streets Emilio Romero / Concordia. It serves the club Progreso as a home ground. In August 2012, construction work began on the stadium.
