Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle
Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle is a U.S. standard for low-emission vehicles that drive 90% less pollution than the average new car and some produce no emissions. Other standards are ULEV and SULEV and AT- PZEV ( Advanced Technology Partial Zero = Emission Vehicle ). The Toyota Prius II (model 2004) is certified as an AT- PZEV.
