Partimage

Partimage is a free user interface to (english Images) secure memory dumps of disk partitions to an image file ( image file ) or restore it. Partimage is available as free software under the GNU General Public License ( GPL). Summed over all the versions it has been downloaded over 545,000 times already from the official server, plus there is one in many Linux distributions for the default scope.

Features

Partimage also offers the possibility of partitions over a network (LAN) to secure to another computer or restore from a remote host, provided there is a partimaged server is available. To back up images of partitions can be backed either directly or compressed by various methods.
