Parvin E'tesami

E'tesami Parvin, Parvin also Etessami, (Persian پروین اعتصامی; born March 16, 1906 in Tabriz, Iran, † April 5, 1941 in Tehran ) was one of the most outstanding poets of Persian literature.

Parvin Etesami was born into a religious and culturally rich family. Her father Yussef Etessami or Etessam -ol - milked, to which she had a particularly intimate connection, you taught in the early years of Arabic and Persian literature. The elementary school she attended in American girls' school in Tabriz which she graduated at the age of 9 years. Her father was an active member of Maschruteh Movement ( Constitutional Revolution 1905-1911 ). Furthermore, were figures such as Ali Akbar Dehkhoda or Malekolshoara Bahar their teachers. She was one of the first representatives of a woman intellectual movement in Iran.
