Pascal Trépanier

Pascal Trépanier ( born September 4, 1973 in Gaspé, Quebec ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who was most recently at the Krefeld Penguins of the German Ice Hockey League contract.

Career

His professional career began Pascal Trépanier 1994 in the East Coast Hockey League with the Dayton Bombers after he was previously in the Canadian Junior Football League QMJHL on the ice. His further career the defender of the International Hockey League in the American Hockey League, where from 1996 he was his skates for the farm team of the Colorado Avalanche, the Hershey Bears constricted.

In the 1997/98 season of 1.80m great defenders gained his first NHL experience for the Avalanche, in 15 games he managed one assist in the following three seasons was Trepanier for the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim on the ice before going ahead the 2001/02 season returned to the Avalanche. After a failed engagement with the Nashville Predators in 2002/ 03, for which he played only once, the Canadians came back exclusively in the AHL for use until he moved to the Nuremberg Ice Tigers in the German Ice Hockey League in 2004.

Although he was able to reach the play- off quarter- final with the Ice Tigers, Trepanier Germany left after a year to try his luck in Switzerland, where he eventually but could not prevail, and so after just one season by the Swiss professional club SC Bern back in the DEL joined the Adler Mannheim. With the Eagles defensive player won the German championship in 2006/ 07. His contract in Mannheim originally ran until 2011, but as it became known Trepanier occurs since the season 2010/11 for the Krefeld Penguins.
