Paso de los Libres Department

The department Paso de los Libres located in the southeast of the province of Corrientes in the north- eastern Argentina and is one of 25 administrative units in the province.

To the north it borders on the Department of San Martín, in the west, separated by the Río Uruguay, Brazil and on the east by the departments Monte Caseros, Curuzú Cuatiá and Mercedes.

The capital of the department of Paso de los Libres is the city of Paso de los Libres.
