The passport of the Republic ( Bulgarian Проход на Републиката / Prohod na Republikata until 1948 Хаинбоазки проход / Chainboaski Prohod, or only Хаинбоа / Chainboas ) a significant mountain pass in Bulgaria is in the central Balkan Mountains. About the pass is the National Road 2nd order II/55, one of the main thoroughfares of the country and the transit traffic between the Bulgarian- Turkish border and the Bulgarian- Romanian border. Along the pass are the following villages ( from south to north ): Ptschelinowo, Slatirad, Lagerite, Mischemorkow Chan, Iwanowzi, Piramidata, Bischuwzi, Ruskowzi, Rajkowzi, Bojtschowzi and Dimowzi.

About the Pass succeeded in July 1877 General Josef Gourko in the Russo- Ottoman war to circumvent the Ottoman troops to pass through the mountains and then take Stara Zagora.

After the founding of the People's Republic of Bulgaria, the first youth brigade of the Dimitrov Communist Youth League ( Димитровски комунистически младежки съюз ) was used at the pass, which was organized by the Bulgarian Communist Party, which the road expanded and paved.

Two 's 2006 and 2009 the pass road was renewed and extended in some places.
