Pathping

Pathping is an advanced Windows command (Windows 2000 ) to Tracert and Ping. Unlike Tracert Pathping provides detailed information on the routing of packets to the individual computers. Thus it can be circled for error detection of specific computers or routers. Pings Technically, within a specified period of time regularly sent to all intermediate stations. It will display a maximum of 30 hops. Based on the returned data packets of each intermediate station is output at the end of a statistic. Creating these statistics are even shown with reference to the probable waiting time until the screen output, which is dependent on the number of hops to the target (25 seconds per hop).
