Patric Leitner

Patric Leitner ( born February 23, 1977 in Berchtesgaden ) is a former German luger.

Together with his partner Alexander Resch he won at the 2002 Olympic Games in Salt Lake City and the gold medal at the 2010 Olympic Games bronze medal in doubles. 1999, 2003 and 2007 were both German masters. At the 2006 Olympic Games in Turin, the favored double finished only sixth place. Four years later, Leitner and Resch arrived at the Olympic Games in Vancouver in the last race of her career in third place after they were in the first run only on rank 5, and won the bronze medal. In addition, the starting for the WSV Koenigssee Leitner, together with Resch, 1999, 2000, 2004 and 2007 world champion in doubles.
