Patricia Emonet

Patricia Emonet ( born July 22, 1956 in Sallanches ) is a French former alpine skier. She won the slalom World Cup in season 1972/1973.

Career

The older sister of Claudine Emonet was 1972 at the inaugural European Junior Championships in Madonna di Campiglio with two gold medals in the downhill and slalom and a bronze medal in the giant slalom, the successful participant. In skiing it was able to score with a third place in the slalom in Val d'Isere for the first time in December 1972. She established herself at once on the world's best and won from January to March 1973 three slalom and a giant slalom, which she chose the slalom World Cup in season 1972/1973 for himself, fourth in the giant slalom World Cup and third in the overall World Cup was.
