Patricia Wells

Patricia Wells ( born November 5, 1946 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) is an American journalist and cookbook author. She lives in Provence since 1980. As a restaurant critic, she works for the International Herald Tribune and is the author of eight books. Her book Patricia Wells at Home in Provence won the James Beard Award for best international cookbook. Wells is the only American and the only woman who is currently working for L' Express as a restaurant critic.
