Patrick Kujala
Patrick Kujala ( born May 15, 1996, Marbella, Spain) is a Finnish racing driver. It starts in the GP3 Series since 2013.
Career
Kujala began his motorsport career in karting in 2007 in Spain, where he remained active until 2009. 2011, Kujala decided for a change in formula racing. He started in the French F4 Championship and reached in his debut season in fifth place. In 2011 he moved to Koiranen Motorsport in the Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup. With a fifth place as the best result, he finished the season in 23rd place in the drivers' standings. Successful Kujala was starting for Koiranen Motorsport in the Formula Renault Alpine. There he went regularly in the points and finished sixth overall.
For the 2013 season Kujala was taken from Koiranen for their new team in the GP3 series under contract. While his teammates Kevin Korjus Aaro Vainio and with podium finishes seventh and nine occupied, Kujala finished his debut season with an eighth place as the best result from on the 20th overall. 2014 moved Kujala within the GP3 series to Marussia Manor Racing.
