Patrick Ochs ( born May 14, 1984 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German football player.

Career

Ochs, who visited the Helmholtz school in his native town, was originally defender and was mostly used on the position of right-back. Come from Germania Enkheim, he went through at Eintracht Frankfurt from 1991 to 2002, all youth teams. After that, he was active until 2004 with the amateurs of FC Bayern Munich. At the beginning of the season 2004/ 05 he returned to harmony. Matchday 14 of the 2009/10 season against Hertha BSC Patrick Ochs was used by coach Michael Skibbe for the first time at right midfield concord. After only 14 minutes he scored the 1-0 Eintracht. After this game, he was set to this position and provided offensive momentum in the game of harmony with, among others, two assists, which were transformed by Benjamin Köhler each head ( 19th and 21st Round 2009/10).

For the 2011/12 season Ochs moved to VfL Wolfsburg. He signed a four-year contract until 30 June 2015. For 2012/13 season Ochs was singled out from the squad of professionals and allowed the U -23 participate only in the training for which he played a competitive match. On the last day of the transfer window the summer break Ochs was loaned until season's end to the TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.

The biggest success of his career was the rise in the 1st Bundesliga with Eintracht (2004/ 05) and reaching the finals of the DFB - Pokal in 2006.

He was appointed on 11 August 2005 by Dieter Eilts in the U-21 national team of Germany and made his debut in September 2005 in the match against Azerbaijan.

Ochs is the nephew of former Bundesliga player Thomas Klepper.
