Patrick Patterson (basketball)

Patrick Davell Patterson ( born March 14, 1989 in Washington, DC ) is an American professional basketball player. He plays since 2013 for the Toronto Raptors in the U.S. professional league NBA.


Houston Rockets (2010 to 2013)

On June 24, 2010 Patrick Patterson has been selected in 14th place in the 2010 NBA Draft by the Houston Rockets. Shortly after the start of the season, the Rockets sent him on 10 November to the Rio Grande Valley Vipers in the NBA D- League. After nine games, the Rockets got him back in the squad and on 15 December, in which 105:117 loss against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Patterson made ​​his debut in the NBA. Overall, Patterson made ​​in the 2010/11 season 52 games, averaging 6.3 points and 3.9 rebounds.

In the season 2011/12 Patterson received more playing time at the Houston Rockets, with whom he narrowly missed the playoffs at the end of the season. On March 26, Patterson led the Rockets with a Career High 24 points to victory over the Sacramento Kings.

Sacramento Kings (2013 )

On February 21, 2013 Patterson was transferred along with his teammates Cole Aldrich and Tony Douglas by the Rockets to the Sacramento Kings. As part of the trades, the Rockets received from the Kings, among others, forward Thomas Robinson and forward Francisco Garcia.

Toronto Raptors ( Since 2013)
