Patrick Shannon (skeleton racer)

Patrick Shannon ( born April 10, 1977 in Wexford ) is an Irish skeleton bob.

Patrick Shannon lives in Dublin. Since 2003 he runs Skeleton. First international race was a skeleton European Cup in Altenberg ( 38 ). In the following seasons, he competed in the European Cup and the America's Cup races. His World Cup debut was the Irishman in November 2006 at a race in Calgary, where he was 34th. In the Skeleton World Cup 2007 in St. Moritz, he did not appear despite message in the Skeleton Championship 2007 in Koenigssee, he reached number 22, his best result in the World Cup, a 27th rank, and therefore the first World Cup points, Shannon reached in the following season at the race in Cesana Pariol. The Skeleton Championship 2008, he finished 17th place.
