Patrick Suffo

Patrick Suffo - Kengne ( born January 17, 1978 in Ebolowa ) is a Cameroonian footballer who is currently without a club.

Career

Patrick Suffo began his career in the youth team of Tonnerre Yaoundé, where he remained not long, however, and in the same year joined the French club FC Nantes. His professional career began with a loan at FC Barcelona B. He was able to secure a regular place. Then he returned to Nantes and stayed there a total of three years. In Nantes, he had his most successful years since he the Coupe de France and the Trophée des Champions won in 1999. After the successful years he moved to the English club Sheffield United, where he played for two years before he was loaned out to Spanish club CD Numancia 2002 that it undertook fix after half a year. He then moved to Al -Hilal in Saudi Arabia, where he signed a semi-annual HIDE. He then played two years for Coventry City, where he scored a total of ten gates in 48 games. He stayed there for half a year and scored in eleven games a goal. In November of the same year he returned to England, back to Wrexham FC. He made his debut in a 1-0 victory over Kidderminster Harriers. His first goal he scored in his second game and although a penalty to make it 2-1 against Kettering Town. He also played in 2011 for a short time for the unterklassigen club Bedworth Liberal FC.

National

Between 1997 and 2003, he played a total of 37 times for Cameroon, scoring four goals. With the Olympic team of his country, he attended the Summer Olympics in 2000 in part to Sydney, where he won the bronze medal with his team. During qualifying for the World Cup 2002, he came three times for use. After Cameroon failed to qualify for the 2002 World Cup, he was also taken into account in the final World Cup squad and came during the tournament two appearances without scoring.
