Patrik Siegl

Patrik Siegl ( born February 26, 1976 in Šternberk ) is a Czech football player.

Club career

Siegl began his career at the age of 8 years at U.S. Uničov. In early 1993, joining the then 17 - year-old midfielder TJ Vitkovice. Still a teenager Siegl debuted on May 9, 1993 in 1st Czechoslovak league. In the 1993/94 season, he completed two Premier League football for the TJ Vitkovice.

In the 1994/95 season Siegl did his military service at the then third division VTJ Znojmo. In the summer of 1995, the defensive player of Boby Brno was committed. In Brno Siegl came in five and a half years, 157 appearances for and scored 20 goals. Particularly successful was the 1999/00 season for him: He was missing in any single League game and scored nine goals for his team.

The beginning of 2000 changed Siegl, who can also play on the position of the defender, within the Czech league for SK Sigma Olomouc. Also in Olomouc Siegl belonged to the root formation. In three years, he came up with 81 missions, in which he scored 13 goals.

In the summer of 2010 he returned to Austria the back and returned home to the Czech Republic and signed with Fotbal Třinec in the second division. In summer 2012, Siegl returned to Austria and signed a one year contract with the Austrian Regional League East with Eastern Railway SC XI. In December 2012, he released there on his contract and joined the Kremser SC.

National

Siegl played between 1993 and 1994 twice for the Czech Under-18 selection. In the years 1996 and 1997, the Defensive Allrounder came to nine appearances in the U21, scoring three goals.
