Patriotas FC

Patriotas FC was established in 2003 is a Colombian football club based in Tunja.

History

Patriotas FC played the first years of its existence in the Colombian second division. In 2011 he became vice champion of the second division and reached over the relegation to second-bottom of the first division, América de Cali, promotion to the first division. There, the club played so far successfully against relegation, the best finish to date was 9th place

Stadium

Patriotas FC completed its home games at the Estadio La Independencia. The stadium was completely rebuilt in 2000 and has a capacity of about 25,000 seats.
