Patxi Vila

Francisco Javier Vila Errandonea or Basque Patxi Vila ( born October 11, 1975 in Vera de Bidasoa ) is a retired Spanish road bicycle racer.

Career

Francisco Vila 2001 was a professional cyclist. In 2000 he won the overall classification of the Vuelta a Zamora. In 2006 he won the third stage of Paris -Nice, finishing in second place overall.

After a training control in March 2008 Vila was tested positive for testosterone and locked until November 2009.

End of the 2012 season, he finished his career.
