Paul Crake

Marcus Paul Crake ( born December 6, 1976 in Canberra) is an Australian stair runners and cyclists.

Journey

Prior to his career as a professional cyclist Crake was a successful stair runners. He won five times in a row the famous Empire State Building Run -Up. He is currently the only runner who could travel the entire distance of 86 floors at a time under ten minutes.
