Paul Groves (tenor)
Paul Groves (* November 24, 1964 in Lake Charles, Louisiana ) is an American opera singer (tenor ).
Groves studied music and singing, among others, at the Juilliard School. He had her first stage appearances Ender 1980s, but it was only after seeing the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions in 1991 won, began his career really begins. He sang for the Washington Concert Opera and St. Louis Opera, 1992 he made his debut at the Met, the Boston Lyric Opera followed, before he made his debut in Europe at the Welsh Opera 1994. 1995 he accepted the call to Salzburg at the Salzburg Festival from 1995 to 1996 and Vienna ( Vienna State Opera ), Milan and Paris followed.
