Paul Martens ( born October 26, 1983 in Rostock ) is a German racing cyclist.

Paul Martens was already 2001 German Junior Champion in the Team Pursuit on the track. He was then German U23 time trial champion in 2005. Thus he went from August at the T -Mobile team as a stagiaire, but there was no contract for the coming season. However, he came under Continental team Skil- Shimano at the Dutch Professional. His first professional success he enjoyed at the 2006 Tour de Luxembourg with a stage victory.

In 2008 he signed a contract with Rabobank.

Paul Martens visited the Sports School in Frankfurt / Oder. From 2004 to 2006 he lived and trained in Freiburg im Breisgau. Since 2007, Martens lives in Lanaken (Belgium ).
