Paul Mebus
Paul Mebus ( born June 9, 1920 in Dusseldorf -Benrath; † 12 December 1993) was a German football player.
Mebus began playing football at Benrather FC, later VfL Benrath 06, the co-founders had his father and uncle.
He played as a defender from 1951 for the 1st FC Cologne in the Oberliga West.
As an international, he wore 1951-1954 six times the jersey of the national team and was with the team in Switzerland in 1954 football World Cup.
