Paul Stewart (writer)

Paul Stewart ( born June 4, 1955 in London ) is a British writer. He studied at the University of East Anglia Creative Writing. After a long stay outside the UK (including Sri Lanka and Germany ), during which he worked as a teacher, he has worked since 1990 as a children's book author. His first works published in Germany were previously elfbändigen clip Country Chronicles, which was created in collaboration with the illustrator Chris Riddell. Paul Stewart lives with his wife and two children in Brighton.

Stewart and Riddell in 2004 reached first place in the Nestlé Smarties Book Prize for their joint work Fergus Crane.
