Paul Vogel

Paul Vogel and Paul C. Vogel ( born August 22, 1899 in New York City; † 24 November 1975 in Los Angeles, California ) was an American cinematographer.

Life

Paul Vogel began his career as a cameraman in the late 1920s.

In 1947, he worked as a cameraman on the film Lady in the Lake with. The special was that the action in the point-of -view shot was shown to the audience. The directing and starring Robert Montgomery took over.

In 1950, Vogel was honored for his work on the film Kesselschlacht the Oscar. In 1963 he was nominated for his involvement in The Wonderful World of the Brothers Grimm for the price.
