Pavol Demeš

Pavol Demeš (* 1956 ) is a former Slovak foreign minister and since 2002 director of the German Marshall Fund 's office in Bratislava.

Life

He studied at the Comenius University in Bratislava, at Charles University in Prague and spent a year studying at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. The bio- medical in 1989 became a key figure in the transformation process of the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
