Pearl van der Wissel

Pearl van der Wissel ( born April 14, 1984 in Leiden, The Netherlands ) is a Dutch Handball.

Pearl van der Wissel played in their home at UDSV, Aalsmeer, Orient, VOC Amsterdam and Omni sportverenigung Hellas. After the backcourt player in 2002 with Hellas won the championship, they changed to the Danish first division club GOG Svendborg TGI. With GOG she won the 2005 Danish Cup. After seven years at GOG she moved to French club Toulon St- Cyr Var Handball, with whom she won the championship in 2010. After just one season, she moved on to the German Bundesliga Thüringer HC. With the THC they won the German championship in 2011 and the DHB Cup. In the summer of 2011 she joined the Danish first division side SK Aarhus. In January 2012, van joined the Wissel for HC Odense.

She denied 211 caps for the Dutch national team, in which they scored 553 hits. With the Dutch selection they finished fifth at the World Championships in Russia in 2005. In addition, she was elected to the All-Star Team of the World Cup.
