Pearlette Louisy

Lady Calliopa Pearlette Louisy ( born June 8, 1946 in Laborie, St. Lucia) is the incumbent Governor-General of Saint Lucia.

Louisy was sworn in on 19 September 1997 in the Office and is the first woman in this function.

Louisy studied languages ​​and linguistics at the University of the West Indies and the University of Lavel.
