Pelmet

An internal Saddle Pad is a smooth, reinforced, mostly related with fabric valance a window decoration. It is often attached to the curtain rail with velcro tape or nails. Your bottom edge can be cut in different shapes and decorated with a sewn or ironed border. The saddle pad but can also be manufactured from the same fabric as the side decorative curtains.
