Penn Badgley

Penn Dayton Badgley ( born November 1, 1986 in Baltimore, Maryland, USA) is an American actor, primarily for his roles in The Restless, Do Over - was known back in the 80s and Gossip Girl.

Life

Penn Badgley grew up in Richmond, Virginia and Seattle, Washington. He played with the Seattle Children 's Theatre and made some synchronous work for a children's radio station. Through this work, he discovered his passion for acting.

After he had passed the age of 14 years, the California High School Proficiency Exam, he studied for two years at Santa Monica College in Los Angeles.
